Disliked: There were no bins to put food in, why would you want to keep it in your room. When I called down they said I have to come all the way back down to put it in the bin. And it was far from my room, just inconvenient. Would have been nice if you could order your food on the phone then pay and pick up instead of waiting downstairs

Great location and great breakfast.

Liked: Large rooms, decent sized bathroom. Choice of pillows. Great breakfast with lots of options. Close to DLR station.
Disliked: Shower as blocked. Duvet quite small for the bed.

Would definitely stay again as...

Liked: Large variety of breakfast items to choose from. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel is reality new.
Disliked: Distance from central London, in saying that public transport is easy to access
