Liked: Beds were comfortable, staff were lovely, breakfast was decent. Hotel was clean. Location is out of the city centre but right next to the DLR rail line so super easy access to everywhere. Would definitely stay here again
Disliked: I don't think I have anything negative to say tbh.

Liked: While the space was humble, it was comfortable, clean and the staff were super accommodating and friendly. The inclusive breakfast always saw plenty of food, even on busy weekends - I eat largely plant-based and I was able to tuck in each morning.
Disliked: My only minor negative was when ordering dry cleaning. When I went to collect it the next day, Reception advised me that they weren’t able to do it because of timings… it would have better to let me know sooner.

Great and convenient for where...

Liked: Loved the breakfast and ate in the restaurant in the evening which was very good.We were served by Cleo in the evening and we can't speak more highly of her. She was friendly and efficient. Made us feel at home.
Disliked: I did ask for twin beds on line but got a double but it was fine.

Liked: Room and felicities were good! Clean and staff polite.
Disliked: I booked the hotel as there was car park, it didn’t clearly state when I booked it that there is an extra charge for the car park as normally I book hotels and with car parking and never pay on the top of the booking. The breakfast was dry full English and coffee wasn’t good. The shower

Liked: Everything you could need. Clean, good facilities, fantastic customer service from all of the team, they really went above and beyond in the way of service. Food was okay, as one would expect for a holiday inn but could be better in my opinion.
Disliked: Nothing. Personally I think the food menu could of had a few more options and the food could have been a bit better quality (not so processed and maybe some healthier options)The inclusive continental breakfast was great, though 9/10.Oh, a window that opens in the rooms would really make it a better nights sleep.
