Superb

Not quite the room we...

Liked: We stayed here between day visits to Chessington so the location was perfect for us.
Disliked: We booked the room through booking.com for myself, partner, 18 year old and 11 year old. On arrival we were presented with a double bed and 3/4 sized sofa bed which you could feel the springs through and definitely not suitable for an 18 yr old and 11 yr old to share. Hotel staff said that all rooms have the same layout and our only option would be to buy another room (if we had the money for that, we’d have stayed at the Chessington Hotel). In the end we used the cushions from the sofa bed to make a floor bed for the youngest. Hotel staff were happy to provide an extra duvet. The booking should never have been accepted if they couldn’t accommodate everyone in a reasonable manner. There were also hairs in the shower on arrival, so cleanliness is questionable. However we did all manage a decent night sleep, which is what we were there for.

Pull out bed

Liked: Family room. Was great, the mattress on the pull out bed was a tad uncomfortable but ok.

Shame about the bed but...

Liked: Fabulous location, great food.
Disliked: Only a double bed

Awful, stayed many times at...

Liked: Good value. Comfy room. Bed narrow. Breakfast plentiful but offering some fresh eggs/omelettes and fresh brewed coffee etc would have been much better.
