Liked: this is not my first time in this hotel, every time I enjoy staying in it.the staff was perfect, I met Mohammed Ali and others, they were so helpful and kind, and the breakfast was very good.the staff who served the breakfast was also great and kind and smiling.

Liked: Reception staff very rude when checking in ,looking for £100 deposit i didn't know about. Told me to go to ATM to get cash because I hadn't got my credit card with me after 20 minutes of rudeness he said he would accept euros in cash. Don't know how he is front of house.
