Would deffo recommend here for events near Drumsheds. Nice warm rooms.

Liked: Unfortunately the washbasin was blocked on arrival to our room. The staff organised a change of room immediately for us and apologised for the inconvenience

Disappointing

Liked: the location of the hotel was good, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, I have used holiday inn before in different towns/city's
Disliked: we stayed in room number 2 which was located on the bottom floor next the the reception it was very noisy hardly slept for the 2 nights you could hear the doors slamming to do to upper floors, the lift open and closing and people talking at reception

Liked: Location was good, car park charges, at least it was half price staying at the hotel. Room was clean, check in was easy, lift was working
Disliked: Breakfast was an ordeal!Not enough tables, staff or cutlery for the amount of people staying at the hotel. Staff looked straight through you when you asked for an essential item like a plate no sense of urgency. If they sorted this out, my score would be considerably higher.

Liked: Breakfast was very good, veggi sausages were supplied on request and staff were very helpful. Susie on Reception was exceptionally helpful on arrival, providing really great customer service.
Disliked: The sofa bed provided was a little uncomfortable and the TV was very dated.
