Would deffo recommend here for events near Drumsheds. Nice warm rooms.

Liked: Comfy beds; good lighting in toilets.
Disliked: No early check in.

Never again rude staff bad...

Liked: It was just ok
Disliked: The staff were very very rude. We got there with 7 children as we booked 3 rooms. We was told it wouldn’t be ready for 3 and made us wait for 1 hour 30 mins. Kids were fed up baring in mind we travelled nearly 4 hours to get there. When we asked for any compensation we was told its not their fault. It was very frustrating as i had my disabled mum with us too. I will never visit this place again.
