Would deffo recommend here for events near Drumsheds. Nice warm rooms.

Liked: Comfy beds; good lighting in toilets.
Disliked: No early check in.

Liked: Location was great. Even though hotel is next to a busy motorway. You could not hear any sounds coming from outside.
Disliked: Aircon was leaking. Leaving a puddle inbetween bathroom and room.

Good value for money for...

Liked: The staff was very helpful.Liked its accessibility to London and the nearby transportation.
Disliked: The room is small, but good enough to accommodate a small family of four (2 parents and 2 little kids).

Disliked: We need 2 card for me and partners, the staff can only issue card . And I have booking number and secret 4 pin number to check-in but he was asking for a long card of my debt card which I found it un professional cos I said it to him about the booking numbers and secret code to check in but unfortunately ,he said nothing is coming up
