Would deffo recommend here for events near Drumsheds. Nice warm rooms.

Value-for-money accommodation in a central...

Liked: A good English breakfast was included in the price of our room. The room was comfortable and relatively clean. The quiet atmosphere was a highlight, as we did not experience any annoying noise from other guests or the motorway next to our window, which was much appreciated. The staff were super friendly, and as we stayed on Christmas Day, they had small presents for the kids under the tree, food for the reindeer and chocolates for Christmas Eve.
Disliked: My only concern was the parking charge, which was quite expensive for our week-long stay. I would prefer the parking fee to be included in the room price, as it is in other Holiday Inn hotels we have visited in the past.

Disliked: No wash rag and the room is a bit small.

Breakfast was atrocious

Liked: It was a convenient place for the activity we attended
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast was diabolical we had to que for about 25 minutes which we don't mind but then it was organised and at least 2 family ignored the que and walk straight in staff was oblivious to this as there was no organisation then didn't ask for room number so god knows how many ate for free so when we finally got in there wasn't much there at all no juice no pastries no bacon no hash brown no tomatoes so all I had was beans on toast and a glass of water yes it may have been 9:20 but I feel like they should have been top up as there was still maybe about 40 people eat and staff suggesting they they weren't top up because breakfast finished at 9:30. Oh and my miss doesn't like beans so she just ate 2 slices of toast I feel we didn't get what we paid for and you should do something about this.
