Passable

Liked: The staff greeted us immediately. Breakfast wasn't over until after 9. They watched to make sure there weren't too many people in the cafe area, then closed it but asked if anyone wanted more first. The art work was nice to look at. We had 2 adults, one 15 and one 22 mo old and stayed in a room with 2 queens and a pullout. There was just enough room for us. This trip was for medical needs and the hotel was 10 min away from the appointment and 30 away from where we planned on shopping (better than the hour and a half from home). Our key wouldn't let us in the pool but staff helped immediately.
Disliked: We were told the pool was heated but apparently broke just a few hours before we got there and they didn't realize until too late. I know its a long shot but would love if hotels served some gluten free options. Honestly anything would be nice. We could only have the sausage, omelette and potatoes. Thankfully we brought our own waffles
