Will definitely come back.
Liked: The staff is super friendly and helpful, especial the receptionists. Had 2 rooms booked, for one of them had an earlier check-in which was a big bonus to us. Tasty breakfast with many option. Clean room with good AC.
Disliked: Access to the balcony when the sofa bed was made is a little big tricky, but not a deal breaker.

Theft happend! Dangerous place to...
Disliked: Our bag and mobile phone were stolne at breakfast venue. There is no reception for breakfast so everyone can take breakfast freely even they don't stay at hotel. We reported incident to front desk immediately but they didn't call manager and didn't take any other acton at all. They said they called police but police arrived two and half hours later.You can find another theft incident happened in this hotel in trip advisor. We recommend you to avoid this hotel if you want to protect your property.

Disappointing Stay !
Liked: 1) Breakfast : The choice of food was limited. We were there a few time at 9am +. some of the food were finished but there were no replacement. there was only one staff doing replacement of food, when I asked her, she siad all finished with no replacement. Even boiled eggs had no replacement! The breakfast is definately one of the worst among all the Holiday Inn Express hotel I have stayed. I stayed in another Holiday Inn Express in Lisbon in early July this year, the Breakfast choices were definately far superior. 2) Staff : The staff in the Breakfast room need to be more for the service. The front desk staff in the evening was limited. I requested pillow replacement at night at around 8pm, I personally broguth the pillows down but I only get the replacement an hour later by the same front line staff. 3) Room : Very basic ! Except the first day we get drinking water, we did not get any drinking water in the room for the rest of the days we stayed there.4) My sister who stayed in the other room who requested a iron and a iron board from the front desk, we were told it's not available. When we got it iron later at night, I was shocked to see the iron was broken and the plactic body was cracked with the tape to hold it together. It is definatly not meeting any safely standard by any cercumstances. I was very disappointed and brought it down to the reception to show the staff. The staff simply said he did not do it but someme else! It should NEVER happen and given to any person to use. I would like to hear from your hotel how could this happened in a well established hotel.5) Room / Pillows : This is the worst pillows I have ever experienced in any hotels I stayed in or with NO option or choice to the customers. The pillows given in each bed were oen very thick and hard pillow and one very limp and no support pillow . We had six persons staying in the hotel during this trip, three of us had stiffed neck from the pillows in the hotel.
Disliked: Pls see above suggestion. I could torlerate less options of breakfast but pilliows are important for us as we sleep on it every night for 6-8 hours.
