Liked: Easy check in, clean and tidy. Amazing breakfast!
Disliked: It was a very tight room with the second bed down, felt like the layout was wrong and sharing with 2 kids felt difficult, when the kids were in bed you had no access to the kettle area without standing on their bed, felt like hard work and dangerous really. The metal parts of the pull out bed were off putting too as the kids fell like they could easily roll onto during the night. Had to cover those bits with blankets. Too small a room for 4 people.

Liked: There was enough to eat at breakfast and choices of cooked food or continental breakfast.The hotel was clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked: Almost everything was great.
Disliked: When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready, we went to the toilet and went straight back to reception as we were aware 5 other parties were already there and were collecting their room keys. This seemed really unreasonable and very isolating to us. Very disappointed.
