Very good

Liked: The staff was very kind and nice, the breakfast was good. The room and the hotel overall were kept clean. Not far from the city center. Supermarket next door and many restaurants around.
Disliked: The room was small, and the bed was also rather small, it felt like it wasn't a 2-person bed.

Disliked: No hanging space - 5 coat hangers for double room. No wardrobes!No drawer space at all!No bath sheets - towels would not wrap round children.No iron/ironing board.No English TV channels

Exceptional

Liked: The staff, facilities, and cleanliness were excellent. It was a very good location for the purpose of our stay (sightseeing) and felt safe for two women. The receptionists were very friendly, informative and extremely helpful.
Disliked: A safe in the room, room storage.

Great stay Staff were excellent...

Liked: Room needed air conditioner to be set a couple of degrees cooler Room became stuffy and hot overnight
Disliked: Adjustable air conditioner
