Friendly staff, good location

Liked: Good location with coata, subway and wingers on doorstep.
Disliked: Room too small for 2 adults and 2 kids

Pleasant and we left refreshed.

Liked: Breakfast good, including gluten free porridge and bread. Room clean and beds comfy.
Disliked: Headboards so uncomfortable, sharp points around head area when sitting on bed.Hot gluten free breakfast would be good, ie sausage and hash browns.Would appreciate camomile tea in room.

Friendly and comfortable stay

Liked: Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, really clean and comfortable and great value for money.
Disliked: Cannot fault it for the price. Coffee could have been better but food and stay were excellent ;)

Perfect but just the pillows...

Liked: Stayed a few times its a great hotel in lots of ways
Disliked: The pillows very uncomfortable lumpy and we dont have a good night’s sleep because of the pillows. Next time we feel we may have to bring our own.
