Disliked: The bed in the ADA accessible room was way too high. 36 inches high is a good baseline for most people in wheelchairs.

Liked: Evening clerk friendly. Room clean, breakfast was great.
Disliked: Out toilet plugged up. Went to the front desk to get a plunger at 7:30 am. Maintenance was not in yet, and the clerk couldn't find a plunger. We had to use the bathrooms in the lobby. Checked out at 8:30 a.m., and still no maintenance people around. If someone could have found a plunger, I would have given an excellent rating even though the morning clerk didn't like that I was standing on the side of the desk instead of in front of the desk stating my problem trying to be discreet. She asked me to move to the front of the desk.

Disliked: The thermostat in the room did not alter the room temperature when a cooler temp was selected. The room at night was too warm. Hard to sleep
