Disliked: The thermostat in the room did not alter the room temperature when a cooler temp was selected. The room at night was too warm. Hard to sleep

Great stay, wish the sheets...

Liked: Ease of access, quiet
Disliked: I found other people hair (hopefully) dander in the sheets/pillows on my most recent stay. I was too tired to fuss about it so just slept on top of the sheets. Then the staff came in and accused me of not vacating the room (though I’d already *confirmed* with their front desk that I had two separate reservations but wished to keep the same room if possible. The clerk noted this, but it didn’t get passed on to the next crew, who made a note that apparently said I didn’t check out. So just as I’m about to get into the shower after a long day, the clerk and manager knock on my door like something’s wrong. I just checked out of there, told them about the dirt in the sheets, and didn’t look back.
