Over all we really enjoyed...

Liked: We really liked the peace and quiet. It was really close to everything. Shops, food, and the beach.
Disliked: They were a few water bugs in the pool area that freaked my daughter out. They were also a few bugs in the shower area of our room.

Liked: Almost all the staff were very accommodating.Tom was a bit standoffish, but everyone else was fabulous in communication from the maids to the kitchen manager.
Disliked: I wasn’t made aware that the 3rd party booking didn’t offer me the discount that could have been afforded due to us being evacuees from Hurricane Helene.

I would stay here again

Liked: I liked complementary breakfast, most hotels don’t have complementary. Staff was nice
Disliked: Room service didn’t come until we were back at the room to get ready for an event at 5pm therefor we did not have room service

Liked: The gentleman who helped me via phone call was so kind. I called to ask about an early check-in and he was very accommodating. He was also the same person who was at the desk when I checked in.
