Everything was good about our stay. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were amazing - had a really good night's sleep. Would recommend this hotel.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: There was nothing bad at all.

Liked: Location, I've stayed here previously and all the other regular Holiday Inn Express facilities etc.
Disliked: No Food available on the Monday whatsoever? The bar was supposed to be 24/7. This was confirmed on arrival. Yet it wasn't? Breakfast finished at 9.30am on the Tuesday morning. There was no bacon available from 9.10pm. When I asked the staff said they weren't doing anymore? Only one toilet roll in the room.
