Suited needs

Liked: Location perfect for visiting family nearby. They were able to accommodate a ground floor room when asked as I was 27 weeks pregnant and struggled with stairs.
Disliked: No offer of help from staff with luggage. We were there over Christmas, apart from a few festive greetings on Christmas day itself it didn't feel very festive, just felt like any other day. Lack of storage space in the room, especially for a 7 night stay.
