Liked: A comfortable bed, desk with rolling chair in the room, and a hairdryer present in the room.
Disliked: Cleaning service raiding my room daily by default, so take care to display the holy 'no cleaning needed' doorknob sign if you don't want them rifling through your stuff each day.The ventilators in the bathroom are turned on permanently, you cannot switch them off. And they are annoyingly loud, even with the door to the bathroom closed you WILL hear them droning on throughout the night.Breakfasts are horrible even for british standards. It's obviously the one and only english breakfast, but the quality of ingredients and care taken in preparing them is subpar to put it nicely.

Disliked: My room stunk of diarrhoea. The bedding was even worse they are in desperate need for new duvet and pillows smelt of immigrants! Room needs upgrade very old run down and the breakfast was awful cheap tasteless but I can't really complain as it was free, staff are really nice tho and location is ok.

Liked: Good location. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The first room we had had a small double bed. Far too small and really uncomfortable. There was also a sofa bed made up in the room and you couldn’t move in there. Changed to two singles and happy.

Not my best experience, I...

Liked: Breakfast was nice and liked the soap and shower cream in the shower
Disliked: Given key to someone else's room, opened with my card and 2 people in bed shouted 'Oi', was extremely embarrasing and shocking.You need signage on connecting door in room because I opened door and there was a carrier bag on the floor, I closed it straight away and messaged reception and gentleman promptly came and removed what he said were a pair of trainers. In the early hours of the morning I heard men in the room on the other side of the connecting door saying the shoes had gone! It was very early in the morning and I wasn't about to go to them as I was in the room on my own.There was also constant what sounded like water running in the toilet, but it wasn't. There was a strange smell in the room but I was so tired and it was already my 2nd room so I didn't complain. There were dirty fresh stains smelt like it could be vomit near the bed nearest to the window, which I didn't notice until the morning, I had sprayed the room with perfume to disguise the smell.
