Professional and very polite receptionist

Liked: When we came to check in we were informed that there was a global technical issue with the computers so there would be a delay. Whilst this was a tiny inconvenience and was soon rectified, we received a free drink token for the bar. The lady that was on reception at the time ( forgive me I didn't catch her name but found have been Lauren/ Laura) kept her cool as there were a few guests that were waiting. Professional and very apologetic! The hotel was very well situated for our little getaway . The rooms and hotel were spotless. The only thing I couldn't give it a 10 for was the bed, wow, it was hard. Could have done with a mattress topper , but that's my personal preference. Although not a great night's sleep due to this, I would highly recommend.
