Disliked: The electric car charging points were not working. Had to leave the car out at night to recharge it.

No Longer a Holiday Inn...

Liked: We love the location of the Hotel. Breakfast was simple, with many great options to choose. We did late check in, and front desk staff recommended where to park for free.
Disliked: I am an IHG member, I initially booked this hotel because it was a Holiday Inn Express. It is now a B&B Hotel. I did not receive my benefits, as initially promised. We are a family of 4, and were given 2 connecting rooms, but the connecting door did not open to the connecting room, so I had to sleep with one of my kids.

Excellent stay

Liked: The staff allowed early check in. The room was quite big. The place was very clean. The quality of the breakfast was very good. There is a tram station two minutes away from the hotel and the railway station is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We took the tram to visit the city centre and sea beach. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They also allowed late departure. We were very happy with the location, hotel facility and services.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Great French breakfast included, with quality bread and cheeses from Normandy. Very enjoyable.
Disliked: There was no-one in the front reception when we arrived and we had to wait a little while for someone to appear. It was late evening and we we wondering whether we had come to the right place.

Liked: The price is reasonable, and the rooms are clean. The location is super convenient, close to the train station and tram stops. The breakfast is delicious, and both the day and night shift staff are friendly and quick to help with any issues I had.
