Liked: The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was very good
Disliked: The valve in the shower was put in backwards. When you turned th kever to the side that said hot you got clod water. Had to turn the handle to almost off to get hot water. The exhaust fan didn't work so the shower steamed up. Told the desk about these probkems.

It was not a pleasant...

Liked: I will not be staying here again.
Disliked: I had nothing but issues since my stay. And had to have my room switched several times. For the first room, I asked for a 2 bed and I got a 1 bed so I switched rooms. For the second room, I went to my room and the door was already opened so I went in for a few minutes and left to shop. I came back to my room and my key would not work. So the front desk had made a new key, which also didn’t work and he said he could let us in with key. At that point I said I would like a refund. And he offered us another room. For the third room, the speaker in the tv is blown. Altogether this has been a miserable stay for me and my family. It is not ideal to switch rooms four different times. And also shouldn’t be needed if all of your rooms were up to standard.
