Disliked: I did not like once I got there they said it was no generator the only thing that was bad the lights went out and it was not comfortable

Disliked: MOVE THE SMOKING section, please, away from doors. Starting to stink inside hotel

Liked: We have stayed at this location several times and have never been disappointed. The breakfast is one of the best that we have experienced.
Disliked: We stayed during Helene so not a normal visit. I do wish there were battery operated lights in the stair wells because when we left we could not see going down the stairs.

Awful. Unhelpful.

Disliked: The staff is horrid. Unhelpful. Front desk and esp the GM. Housekeeping just stares as you walk by. Such a weird environment. Needed a room for 5 more nights but went elsewhere.

Liked: I wanted a really good bed that night.. I got it! I didn't catch the lady's name taking care of the breakfast area ... She was making sure everything was just right... Singing zippadidodah and loving her job. Great breakfast selection.. fresh and hot...
