The staff and hotel need...

Liked: Nothing, smelled like mold, very moist in the room, carpet was moist and air was moist. The water in the shower would not get cold. Had a handy man come up but he barely did anything. I had to bathe my kids with the sink water. Every time we would shower our eyes and throats would burn. Everyone in the room left congested and coughing.

Liked: Very clean. Nice checkin person
Disliked: The room was freezing and I was unable to impact temp with controls on unit. Got back too late to want to deal with a repairman.

Great overnight location!

Liked: The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good and lots of choices.
Disliked: There wasn't much to not like. The pool was kind of small, but we didn't have to time to use it anyway.
