Liked: Room was clean. Breakfast bar was good
Disliked: After paying for the room thru booking .com, they charged my card for incidentals. Never had this happen before. Also took extremely long to check in due to confusion on the computer.

Liked: Room very clean and comfortable.Breakfast choice very good.There is NO pool at hotel even tho it is advertised as having a pool.Coffee and hot chocolate available at night was nice surprise.The coffee was from an actual Costa grinding and dispensing machine . Good coffee.Would be suitable as a base to visit Knoxville and surrounds.

Good hotel to spend the...

Liked: Good facilities, very friendly staff, and excellent breakfast. The only thing they could improve is the cleanliness of the rooms.

Exceptional

Ok for one night stay...

Liked: It was good. Nothing exceptional. Regular room size. All clean. Soft bed which usually doesn’t fit me. But it’s a personal preference.
Disliked: Plastic cutlery and paper plates and cups seem to be standard in America. This is the reason I am giving lower overall rating.

All in all it was...

Liked: Friendly staff,clean rooms ,proximity to options for dining
Disliked: Fitness center, rooms and a couple of hallways were under construction

Disliked: Advertised pool is not there. The hotel is replacing it with rooms.
