Great short stay

Liked: Always use HIEX when we can. Know what to expect and get a free breakfast which is a big bonus.
Disliked: Some issues in the bedroom which needed attention. Broken handle inside of shower made opening the cubicle door hard. Light above bed didn't work. Found the beds too soft especially for someone with a bad back.

Liked: Good location only 20 mins from where I needed to be on the Sunday. Room clean & comfortable with plenty of floor space for the dogs bed. I had messaged the hotel a few weeks earlier to request a room at the end of the corridor as one of my dogs is a little noise reactive & this was no problem at all. Room also included breakfast which was nice & set me up for the day. Staff were all very friendly Overall a really good stay & I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again
