Disliked: The lady at the front desk charged my card twice. Brought it to her attention she was rude about it. Told me she was gonna get the manager to reverse one that it should take about 24 hours. It’s been five days and it’s still pending. Called the hotel back to let them know. It was still pending got another rude person told me it was my bank‘s fault and that I needed to calm down. They have to understand when something is pending at your bank. You cannot use that money and she did not care neither one of the ladies that I spoke to.
