Disliked: They kept telling me that the shuttle would come to the airport, but it never came. Found out it was broken. The breakfast made me sick.

Liked: The rooms were pretty clean, no big complaints there.
Disliked: We chose this hotel primarily because of the price and the availability of the shuttle. It's not made clear through Booking.com or the hotel website that the shuttles must be scheduled in advance and are only offered on the top of each hour. Due to our flight time, this meant arriving super early for our flight or cutting it really close... we chose the super early option. This was lucky, since about 10 minutes before our shuttle time, the front desk called to let us know that the shuttle had a tire blow out and we would need to get ourselves to the airport. Accidents and unforeseeable events happen, but the hotel didn't even offer to compensate us for the Uber ride we had to get last minute, which is pretty poor customer service. Also, the building's floors are visibly sloping, so I think structurally the whole thing is in pretty bad shape.
