We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful each day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My husband enjoyed the workout room.
Disliked: We had a issue with heat in our room which staff attempted to fix but the fix did not work, so it got pretty cold. We were gone much of the time, so it could have been more of an issue. We were compensated by management for this inconvenience.

Disliked: city overall is terrible at snow management (we were there during the blizzard in January) which has literally nothing to do with the hotel

Liked: Great location and parking. The hotel was good with good options for breakfast. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Despite the good breakfast, the chocolate milk was spoiled and smelling bad. And we also had a tick in our bed.
