Disliked: Car got broken into no surveillance the staff didn't help. The smoke detector beamed every time the ac or the hear was on.

Disliked: Shower/ tub needed to be replaced - worn looking. Toilet ran for several seconds about every 15 minutes

Disliked: Bathroom was gross. And there was a turd in the toilet. So I question if the room or sheets were even clean. When I pulled back the covers to inspect the bed. It was wrinkled. So I do t know if they were dirty. I slept on top of covers. I was too tired to complain. Because we got there late

Liked: Beds were good, very clean, good breakfast, location was ideal for us.
Disliked: The toilet didn't flush efficiently, no plug to be able to take a bath, drawers didn't stay closed, and the pool seemed to have an unusually high level of chlorine. Multiple people at the pool remarked about concerns about the chlorine level.

Liked: We had a little birthday staycation for my daughter and some friends and we will definitely be back. The manager was extremely helpful with getting our rooms on the same floor and making sure everything was awesome. My daughter felt like a star to hear her and the other front desk employees wishing her a happy birthday. We spent a lot of our time in the pool and hot tub! It was all great! Thank you!
