We won’t be go back...

Liked: Beautiful facility; comfortable beds
Disliked: Attitude of staff at front desk.I had requested rooms close to each other and they put my 90 year old mother on the first floor and we were on the 4th!!No one from the hotel ever responded to my request when I booked over 6 weeks ago. Then I got attitude when I challenged them.Would have walked out if I had not paid for the rooms already.……. and $5.00 to park…..in a suburb of Johnstown???

Easy and efficient

Liked: Fresh, clean, and quiet. Close restaurants with in walking distance.
Disliked: Coffee was weak. Parking was on side of building or at least not near the front door.

I really enjoyed my stay...

Disliked: I thought it was a very nice, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious and that was an added bonus!
