Potential to be exceptional
Liked: Comfortable beds and quiet.
Disliked: No heat and ac not functioning, had to move to another room and didn't consider vegetarians in meal planning. They offered sausage and then put sausage in the gravy. Would have been nice to have plain gravy without meat for us under- considered dietary restricted group of vegan and vegetarians. It's a simple change make gravy without meat. As people are becoming more health conscious it would behoove the chain to think forward.

Very nice hotel -
Liked: Easy check in and check out, everything was very clean, room clean as quite comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.
