Exceptional
Liked: Loved the variety of food at breakfast. Loved the 5-630 complimentary snack and drink! And the lady, I don't know her name, but the one running the breakfast and the complimentary hour was so amazing!We make this trip up here a minimum of three times a year, will definitely be booking every time I can at this hotel.The pool and hot tub were clean every time we went, and that was 2-3 times a day.
Disliked: I really didn't have any complaints or issues with anything there.

Liked: This is always a great location to stay. Clean, I feel safe, friendly staff, great breakfast, and great value.
Disliked: Need to be aware of guests doing illegal this like pot. It was so horrible the smell was not only out side but my whole floor wreaked of it and you could pin point which rooms it was coming from.

Liked: i loved the staff super friendly all around. My room was very comfortable. pool was warm and nice hot tub :)
Disliked: the shower pressure was very very bad but everything was clean. I wish the breakfast had more options.

Liked: Location was great for the event we attended. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: We had no hot water in the sink in our room & the shower only got lukewarm at best.

Liked: The breakfast is really nice and I loved being able to fill big drink cup with ice cold water all day available in the commons area.
Disliked: We specifically asked for a handicap room because one person is paralyzed and in a wheelchair. We were given a room on the 5th floor that wasn't bad but extremely unwise in case of fire. After the hotel cleared out from the busy weekend they had We asked for a room on the 1st floor, explained why, and we wanted a handicap room. The person working the desk agreed and was wonderful, and said they had the room available and when we returned we could move. When we returned, we packed up turned in the keys and they gave us new ones only to be put in a room smaller than what we had and the handicap person literally had less room to go about the room. I called the front desk (different person) and they couldn't find anything for us. We stayed there 6 nights , we're in town for a family emergency and changed rooms on a Sunday. The place was totally cleaned out and quiet, and she couldn't help up. Every person we talked to there gave different answers. The manager of the hotel said they only have 2 handicap rooms in the whole hotel and another person said they had 4 or 5 on each floor. Which is it. Traveling is not easy for someone in a wheelchair nor are establishments equipped. It's terrible and there are a lot of people who are handicapped.
