Usually really enjoy Holiday Inn...

Liked: Location and decent breakfast.
Disliked: Pool and hot tub out of order. Should have been mentioned on the website. Very disappointing.

Very poor

Disliked: Staff was terrible. Would not even stand and acted like l was putting him out just being there. I know that good help is hard to find but this person needs customer relations training or else let go.
