No water in pool!
Liked: Main reason for choosing HIE is because it claimed to have a pool. BUT POOL WAS NOT FUNCTIONING!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Very very low grade
Liked: Very little i liked shower was cold, no pool and we had a kid that loves to swim and last year when we were there it was not working. Wifi sucked!! Only thing I liked was breakfast, expensive breakfast when that was all I liked.

Liked: The property was nice, the breakfast was good but the pool and hot tub were out of order and after a long days drive was looking forward to a relaxing soak. Should of been given a discount, so very over priced

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Location was great. Room was nice.
Disliked: Someone needs to wash the cooking appliances and utensils. Looked nasty. Couldn't use swimming area.

The hotel was clean, good...
Liked: It was clean, bed was small but comfortable. Breakfast area had lots of choices.
Disliked: The hot tub and pool was out of service, that would have been nice to know when we were booking as we were looking forward to swimming and relaxing in the hot tub.
