Very nice hotel right off the interstate; staff was very accommodating and the room was amazing. Definitely would stay there again if ever visiting Jacksonville.

Good

Liked: Location was close to event attended. Breakfast inclusive with stay.
Disliked: Others loud and not considerate, up a lot of the night passed midnight making noise, talking loudly, slamming doors. I understand from staff several in town for events that involved youth.

Not pleased at all.

Liked: The location was in the middle of the places we went.
Disliked: I was charged twice, which took my money for my trip. Smoke detector was removed from my room. The sink was clogged. Overall not a good experience at all.

It's a decent value to...

Liked: It was a decent location for me, the bed was very comfortable. Overall, the establishment was clean and well-lit.
Disliked: Stepping into the elevator alone it smelled of marijuana. Stepping off ethe levator was the same. I don't think anyone was actively smoking inside but I am guessing their clothing held the aroma and it was left behind as they exited
