The Holiday Inn Express at Jacksonville Beach was great. The employees at the front desk were extremely friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed anytime we came or went. The room was fantastic, and was very well kept. I can honestly say it was one of the best stays I have ever had at any one hotel.

Liked: It’s very convenient to get into and out of the parking lot because of traffic lights right in front of the parking area
Disliked: The bathroom door doesn’t close properly, and the lighting on the mirror isn’t bright enough for putting my contacts in

Liked: Booked with this Inn because of an appointment with Mayo Clinic. Our room was spectacular! We loved the large tub and separate stand-up shower. Cleanliness and customer service were wonderful. Breakfast was definitely a plus also. We will definitely be staying here again for future appointments.

Dirty. Staff accommodated move but...

Disliked: Dirty sheets, dirty towel, dirty microwave. Stinky bathroom. Not cleaned and required moving to another room. Next room still dirty sheets
