The Holiday Inn Express at Jacksonville Beach was great. The employees at the front desk were extremely friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed anytime we came or went. The room was fantastic, and was very well kept. I can honestly say it was one of the best stays I have ever had at any one hotel.

ok, but very inconvininet

Liked: all was okay, but I experienced a lot of lack of knowledge from the staff which caused many inconveniences. We booked several rooms via booking.com and called the hotel 3 times before arrival to confirm they have a credit card on file and would charge it upon arrival. At no point the hotel staff stated we needed to have the psychical card for the payment (not incidentals, the room rate) and caused team members have to use their personal cards
