Liked: From check in dinner in the restaurant and breakfast the staff were friendly and professional. I travel a lot for work and stay in hotels every week. This was one of my best stays in Inverness.
Disliked: The lift was out of order but that happens. The staff had arranged rooms on the ground floor

Liked: Staff were welcoming and helpful, room was spacious, warm and comfortable, breakfast was warm and tasty. Ample parking spaces.
Disliked: Too hot during the night for my liking, that was with the radiators switched off. WiFi signal was poor in the bedroom we stayed in which was on ground floor.
