When checking-in, the receptionist (Maria) was very overwhelmed. When I asked if the room was on the non-street side of the hotel, she went off on this long chat about how hard it was to change the room arrangements and all the things we should have done. My husband tried to explain the situation but that just triggered another rant from Maria. Not a great way to start our hotel stay!

Liked: The breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for us. Nice to have coffee in room. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

New hotel, nice room. Noisy...

Liked: Location was very accessible from the highway
Disliked: Room was noisy with highway traffic all night. Staff greeting was short and unfriendly. I was put near the elevator, vending and ice machines after booking with a specific request not to be. Travelling with pets we always make this request so they don't bark and disturb others.

Liked: They're complanitary breakfast was good . A big plus for holiday is you have the casino half a block away, dinner time good buffet.
Disliked: Did not get rooms together, like I requested. One room on first floor and second room on second floor.
