Would not stay there on...

Liked: Proximity to family we were visiting.
Disliked: Hallways were noisy, shower curtain was too short, no soap in the shower soap dispenser, elevator was not working! Definitely was overpriced for the $200/ night we paid. It was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable; two important things.

Liked: We stayed here last September and it was great!! My issue this time was the fact that we weren't alerted to the fact that the elevator wasn't working. In our 70's walking 3 flights of steps with luggage was extremely difficult. It would have been nice for someone to
Disliked: had we been told in advance about the elevator we could have cancelled and found somewhere more convenient.

Disappointing

Liked: The bacon was really good but the other food didnt taste that good. The eggs were cold and runny. Like I said the bacon was good, but we felt like we had “the food police” watching to make sure we didn’t take any extra bacon. I am disabled and have a difficulty with walking. The elevator was broke and not one staff member offered me any extra help with getting ice that happened to be on the second floor. Luckily a preteen and her Mom were kind enough to offer to help me and brought the ice to my room.
Disliked: The rooms are not soundproof at all! I ended up not sleeping any the entire night. The people above us and beside us kept walking around in their rooms at all hours of the night. We could hear everything that was being said by the people in the hall and our next door neighbors.

Bad

Clean, great location, spacious rooms,...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Liked the options and the staff did a great job keeping items filled/hot. Room was great, comfortable, spacious, clean.
Disliked: The elevator was out and we were placed on the 3rd floor. Not thrilled about hiking up stairs located on the ends of the building then staying in the middle of the building... Also, noticed a parking charge on the bill after we left. $5 to park in the Hotel lot - 1st space in front of the door that was not accessible parking! This hotel is surrounded by several others and they all have their own parking areas... this was ridiculous. Normally, I would rate this hotel higher. it was very good on all other criteria but not thrilled with lack of communication on the broken elevator and parking charge.

Overall a nice comfortable stay....

Liked: Nice clean property. Indoor pool was great!
Disliked: A couple of things did not work in our room. But we were moved into another room.

Elevator was down

Liked: Breakfast was good but apple juice was out which sucked because I hate orange juice
Disliked: The elevator was down and we were on the 3rd floor. My knees are bad so I was dying everytime we left or came back.

Got what I paid for

Disliked: Hardwood floors and beds were noisey
