Liked: Did not eat there
Disliked: Blind went down. It did not go up. Told the front desk and they did not fix it. Our room was left open after housekeeping left 3 towels. Room was not cleaned.

Liked: Its cleanliness, the location and the super friendly and courteous young receptionist that checked us in! Unlike the night manager that was a racist, weird and super creepy!
Disliked: The so called ‘Manager Rick’ decided to be racist and come to our room door to knock loudly because according to him he had gotten two noise complaints and decided it came from our room. We had just arrived from an event and were just doing what normal humans do. Walk into the room and i suffer from dry throat and my husband went for ice. Rick saw him i guess it was his night to intimidate us ( brown people) and followed him to our room. Rick stated he stood by our door for several minutes and he was sure the noise was coming from our room. This act of invasion of privacy is disgusting and uncalled for. He yelled at me to keep the noise down, mind you we are a middle aged couple, not into loud music or whatsoever. We have always travelled all over the USA and always stayed at Holiday Inns because it’s my husband’s favorite. Never ever have we been treated and or racially profiled. This happened at 11:15 pm. If we were making noise, I am adult and educated enough to be embarrassed and immediately apologize and be ashamed but we were at no moment making any noise out of the norm. I was scrolling my fb and my husband was looking at videos on his cell. Tv was not on and I don’t know if he wanted us to float or if we were targeted because all of a sudden Rick feels empowered this November. I suffer panic attacks and his loud knocks and yelling triggered one. We hardly slept that night and I found myself whispering to my husband after that.

Liked: Location to Lucas Oil Stadium. General area is close to Starbucks and other good places. Easy to find and park.
Disliked: I really don’t have a negative comment.
