It was outstanding.

Liked: I had no expectations and HI stepped up to the plate . I was very pleased with my accommodations.
Disliked: N/A, I came at shift change and the off going clerk appeared a bit annoyed, until Peyton stepped up and delivered.

Exactly what we were looking...

Liked: Very good location and the check in was fast. Check in staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they sent housekeeping right away.

Great hotel in a good...

Liked: The breakfasts were really good. It was located close to the shops. There was also good access to the gym, ice and laundry. I ended up having to extend my stay due to snow storms. The staff were very accommodating
Disliked: When I arrived, there were some issues with the bathroom. The staff were lovely and moved me immediately.
