Liked: The location is great with a very nice breakfast with lots of cold and hot options.
Disliked: The cable was down when we checked into the room in the evening. Because it was so late we just wanted to go to bed, so we didn't report it. The cable was back up in the morning.

Liked: Loved my room. Breakfast exceptional!!! Room clean, quiet, and so comfortable!!

Liked: We did not get the room as booked. We payed for double queen and we got one queen bed and sofa for kids. We were told that mistake is on booking. com side. The hotel personnel refused any tries to negotiate stating that we should contact booking. com. It was first time ever a got such troubles.

Liked: I always book through booking.com, and I have stayed at this hotel several times. The lady at the front desk couldn't find my booking and after 10 minutes she found it and apologized for the wait. No problem it happens. It had all the info she needed plus payment. Let's get to the story. My family and I stayed for 2 nights and received a call today 2 hours after checkout stating that I owe the hotel money after I had already paid at checkin. Apparently, the staff member didn't bill me correctly, so I owed a balance, which was not my fault. I live almost 2 hours away. I told the lady on the phone that I had cash and I am on my way. Instead of apologizing for the mistake the hotel made. The manager threatened to have me arrested if I didn't pay her today.

Liked: The staff was nice, the room was nice. There was a snack/vending store in the lobby that we were able to use when we got back late. They provided coffee, hot chocolate, and water throughout the day.
Disliked: Breakfast needs to open earlier. 7:00 AM start is really late for a lot people, especially when work days normally start at 8:00 and there is a commute. We had to be somewhere at 7:15. Nobody wants to scarf down food in 5 minutes. Unfortunately the day of our stay, there was a lobby full of youth athletes waiting for the breakfast to open. Even 30 minutes earlier would have been a life saver and made the experience more enjoyable. If you book through a third-party website, call the hotel to confirm correct room selection. Booking.com did not relay that I chose a 2 bed unit (2 queens). All that showed on the hotels confirmation was standard room and my daughter and I were put into a 1 bed unit. Which was honestly fine to share a bed, but it was not what I selected.
