Disappointing

Disliked: At 2am a man and a girl had a fight. They were Slamming doors, swearing, yelling at each other and using profanities. Very disruptive since I had surgery 6:30 am.

Disliked: Beds are hard and breakfast was cold

Disliked: The bed was too low and difficult to get out of, mattress was uncomfortable. Need to keep items stocked better for breakfast, no coffee and other items were out too.

I wish I could get...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: I had a room ground floor down the hall from front desk. To start the fridge was so loud I had to unplug it. Then very early morning staff started moving around and every door opened slammed closed. This happened many times and kept me awake. When all this started I wasn’t in the mood to pack my stuff and go to another room. So I really didn’t get any sleep. If this is how it is they shouldn’t put anyone in the rooms where I was at. Zero sleep.
