Liked: Location was good. Front lobby clean. Rooms clean upon arrival.
Disliked: No daily housekeeping. Informed desk, but housekeeper never showed up. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. Soiled towels were never picked up from the room. Had to collect all the trash from room and place in a trash bag and place trash bag outside room. Pancake machine doesn't work properly.

Liked: Great location for visiting family in Redlands.
Disliked: My room was next to an exterior door that slammed over and over all night long! I specifically asked to be placed in a quiet room, and I’m a pretty easy going person. Other rooms were available, but the front desk clerk still put me there. I truly cannot believe that no one else has complained about that room. It was so loud, and I’m a pretty heavy sleeper. I said something about it in the morning to the clerk, and she just chuckled. I reiterated my concern, and she didn’t even reply. So unprofessional.
