I wish I could get...
Liked: Clean
Disliked: I had a room ground floor down the hall from front desk. To start the fridge was so loud I had to unplug it. Then very early morning staff started moving around and every door opened slammed closed. This happened many times and kept me awake. When all this started I wasn’t in the mood to pack my stuff and go to another room. So I really didn’t get any sleep. If this is how it is they shouldn’t put anyone in the rooms where I was at. Zero sleep.

It was a great stay....
Liked: Room was nice. Kids were free, and there was free breakfast in the morning. Room service was attentive, and it was a quiet location. And they use dove products. Thank you!
Disliked: The furniture was really dingy and had stains. Not a good look. The room smelled like moist carpet and the shower head had a great amount of calcium build up. Beds were a bit lumpy.

Liked: Location was good. Front lobby clean. Rooms clean upon arrival.
Disliked: No daily housekeeping. Informed desk, but housekeeper never showed up. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. Soiled towels were never picked up from the room. Had to collect all the trash from room and place in a trash bag and place trash bag outside room. Pancake machine doesn't work properly.
