It is a nice chained...
Liked: Front desk staff is friendly. Room is good size, very clean; the king bed is comfy; bathroom is clean too. It is built with good insulation without much noise from neighboring or upstairs guests. Include gym and pool. Cleaning staff is professional and friendly. Breakfast included, with good selections of food, such as scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausages; waffles, bagels, breads; fresh fruits, juices, coffee, milk, and yogurt, etc.
Disliked: Some part of the hotel is under repair/ renovation, so, for example, the pool is not available during our stay.

Liked: Well, we had to book this on the fly, didn’t have a lot of choices in the area, but we figured this would be good enough for one night, did not know they were doing renovations on the property which shocked me when we came in, but we needed a room for the night
Disliked: Well, I wanted to take a bath and fill up the bathtub so I could soak a little bit, but the drain stopper was leaking and never got enough water in the tub to soak my weary body from the long trip

My stay was comfortable and...
Liked: I like how Brandon and the lady I checked out with were very helpful. They helped me have a decent experience.
Disliked: I didn’t like how the person I checked in with on Saturday night barely spoke any English. Supposedly, he is the night auditor and he either one didn’t understand me, or he misinterpreted as to what I had asked him. I don’t like how their system doesn’t let you split the payment on two different cards. I’ve been to other hotels and I haven’t had this issue. If someone doesn’t understand English well enough, then whoever is in charge shouldn’t put that person at the front desk.
