Comfortable and close to shopping...

Liked: Almost everything. Most of the staff were very pleasant, kind, and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was outstanding. Wide variety of food items. Everything was clean, fresh, and hot. Angela, the attendant, went out of her way to make sure every guest had everything they wanted.
Disliked: The major distraction and issue for us was the elevator being out of order during our entire 5 day stay. My bad knee and my wife's back surgery made it very difficult and inconvenient for us to go up and down the stairs for everything.

Liked: The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The woman that set up and managed the breakfast area was magnificent. She was so efficient in keeping everything well stocked. Nothing ever ran out. She also continued to clean the area and clean up any spills on the counters and the floor. The food selection was one of the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel.
Disliked: My biggest issue was the jetted tub with the shower. As an elderly person we were unable to shower. I was able to over look this since they were able to accommodate us on the first floor do my husband didn’t have to walk very far.

Liked: This may have been one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Pool was nice. They had popcorn and ice cream for the kids. Very clean.
Disliked: One thing I would like to see change if I come back is they do the first and last hour in the pool adult only. This is a great idea however one night there was no adults waiting to use it. I think they should extend the kids hours if there are no adults waiting. Also there was one staff member who was rude our last night. When she came to tell us it was adult swim time she didn't even give a warning just told us to get the kids out. It rubbed me the wrong way.
