We would stay at the hotel again.

Liked: The hotel itself is clean and quiet. Easy to find. Breakfast was very good both days.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned on the second day. The beds were not made and our towels were not replenished.

Disliked: Bag of Trash under the sink. Tub faucet leaked. I fixed it. No toilet paper in the room.

Liked: Location just off the turnpike was very good. Breakfast was good....Holiday Inn's breakfast are always good. The facility is nice but definitely has not been updated recently.
Disliked: The guests on the floor above us were very noisy. Sounded like they had children who were not used to moving quietly. Facility is showing age and needs cosmetic updates. Wallpaper is seperating, carpet is pulling away from walls in the hallways, door key had to be jiggled in order to work.

In case of emergency...

Liked: Staff was excellent; several interactions. Pillows were nice. Cleanliness was solid.
Disliked: Air conditioner did not work on anything but full blast; shower had zero water pressure. Mattress was so hard and old you could feel the plywood underneath and the springs inside.

Liked: The front desk staff (especially the overnight lady) were exceptionally nice and helpful.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned as often as the card said it would be. We did not receive enough toilet paper. There was multiple times there wasnt any towels in the pool area and my daughter and I hd to go to our room soaking wet.

Liked: The location was perfect for what we needed.
Disliked: It was okay. Nothing special.

Liked: The TV channels weren’t working correctly, and they gave me a discount for it. That was appreciated.
Disliked: The internet was weak. The TV was old and we only had one hand towel and wash cloth between me and my girlfriend.

Comfortable sleep and good breakfast.

Liked: I like that it was comfortable
Disliked: That our bathroom was dirty and the tub was stopped up, they moved us down the hall and the bathroom in that room was not cleaned either and the sink was stopped up.
