Rooms were great. The housekeeping...

Liked: Location was ideal
Disliked: The front office morning staff were not friendly and courteous. And the staff lady in the breakfast room had a major attitude and always in a foul mood. Was rude to other guests too.

Good location outside of downtown...

Liked: Location was great for us.
Disliked: Noise on the construction right by the property in the morning. But it did not affect the night sleep.

Disliked: I requested a higher floor for quiet and privacy, but upon checkin we were told the elevator was out of service and since I was with my sister who recently had had a hip replacement, I declined a room on higher floor and settled for 1st floor. Our room was 10 feet from the pool where people were swimming during the evening. Not at all what I hoped for.
