Great staff and comfy beds/sheets!...

Liked: Beds were so comfortable and the sheets felt like luxury! Great breakfast and great staff.
Disliked: Had late check out and housekeeping did knock on the door in the morning even with the sign on the handle, but not a huge deal.

Needs a remodel!

Liked: All of the staff members were amazing!! Very helpful, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the location and places around the hotel.
Disliked: The room we had was sort of clean. But "broken".. the toilet was loose. The little wall beside the toilet was sunk in at the top of it. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. The faucet in the shower wouldn't cut off completely while the shower head was in use, so there wasn't much water pressure. The end table by the bed had very apparent water damage. The bottom drawer of the end table had some sort of liquid all in it. There were small hairs and gunk all over the remote and lamp by the bed, as well as the coffee maker! YUCK! The desk also had what seemed to be water damage. The veneer on top was completely separated from the wood under it, and was bubbled up. And the desk was very wobbly. We were afraid to put anything on the desk because it moved so much. The sheets and mattress protector weren't on the bed all the way so the mattress was exposed and there were stains on the bed. They weren't big stains, but still there..This was not at all what you'd expect out of Hilton Hotel. We did stay instead of going somewhere else because we didn't see any bugs, and it was very late when we got into town. The place definitely needs a remodel. I only gave 5 stars because of the staff! They were Very friendly!
