Rude staff and not clean

Liked: To begin the woman who checked us in and out was completely rude. Then on Sunday morning I went to ask her for some pool towels and she was rude saying she didn’t have any so I proceeded to tell her there wasn’t any in the pool area at all and she huffed and went to the back and grabbed regular towels and I told her thank you and I got zero response. The beds are super uncomfortable, dust all over the tv, tv stand, bathroom had hair and dust in all corners. Very disappointing for paying over $200 dollars a night. We will not be back!

Liked: The Hot tub, the breakfast, location, I love the built in hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner
Disliked: I had a handicap room, but the door to get into the room is too heavy to get open in a wheelchair. The bathroom had a tub and no handicap seat so I had trouble getting in and out of the tub and I couldn’t close the curtain. The shower drain wouldn’t drain fast so it was holding water. I had to turn the water off to let it drain then continue with my shower. The faucet was leaking you couldn’t turn it off so it’s dripping and water was on the counter behind the knobs, the lotion and hand soap is to far from the sink and to high for someone in a wheelchair. The bed was still to high for wheelchair users and it was to hard for me. But I brought an air mattress so it’s all good.

Liked: i liked the breakfast options, the coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar was open 24/4. i liked the pool and hot tub. the fitness center was a decent size. the rooms were nice and clean
Disliked: upon arrival the manager was very rude, told me there were no rooms to check in for an early arrival when there were only like 5 cars in the parking lot. I came back once 3p hit and checked in. did not say anything to me just handed me the keys and went about his way. the room thermostat on the wall did not work, the moment we checked in the room keys did not work so every time we left, even to go down the hallway for ice we had to get new keys. It was a total of about 10 times we did this back and forth. The night shift manager came and changed the lock and batteries on the door and gave us new keys and they still did not work. so we moved upstairs and the room was as cold as it was outside, mind you it just snowed in the middle of Kansas with a light breeze and freezing weather. the thermostat in there did not work either and it was just cold air blowing. so we moved back to the old room below us. all she did was take $20 off the stay. I ended up booking another hotel instead of staying here for the whole weeked. very very displeased and will not be staying a t another holiday in again.
