Good stay in nice area

Liked: Good stay but unfortunate that our bathroom/shower had no shower curtain (room 463). It made showering quite tricky!

One big disappointment/problem - but...

Liked: Breakfast fine - essentially a buffet meal.
Disliked: After getting breakfast, the lock failed on our door and no one at the front desk was able to get us into our room - even with the emergency card. Finally a maintenance man, who was unavailable for the 45 minutes we were waiting for him to return, was able to essentially take a coat hanger and open the door by going underneath the door. Unfortunately for us this was a ski day so we missed about 20% of our day on the mountain. Very discouraging. Staff was polite and apologetic (but not so apologetic that they offered a discount on the room). If the maintenance man had not showed up we would have been there all day.

Disappointing

Liked: The beds were comfortable. Our room was 80 plus degrees for the whole 2 night stay no matter what we did couldn’t get it to cool down. The staff said the heat/ cooling in our room was broken

Not the best holiday inn...

Disliked: Booked a king size bed and got a double queen instead.
