Nice hotel, but the staff...

Liked: The location was convenient, and the breakfast was very satisfying.
Disliked: The staff was not particularly helpful. I arrived slightly early, as I was driving 5 hours to get there and it was difficult to predict. But was told I could not check into my room for 3 more hours because “the hotel was completely booked”. Given there are 3 floors in the building, at least 20 rooms on each floor, and 4 cars besides mine in the parking lot, I had a hard time believing that. Basically, it seemed inconvenient to the desk clerk, so he gave me that answer. And, when I was going to check out the next morning, I had a meeting I needed to call into that would end at 11:30am, and I requested a half hour extension to my checkout time. Again, the same desk clerk gave me same answer about the hotel being completely full and the extension wouldn’t be possible. Really? And there were no other facilities in which I could have my call other than the lobby. Not helpful and made no effort to solve my issue.

Liked: The room was very spacious and comfortable! The breakfast was nice and we did feel very safe, secure.
