Great for the family or...

Liked: Very clean and super helpful staff

It was very pleasant all...

Disliked: Liked everything. If I had to choose the least i liked, it would be the pool water. But it was fine and fairly warm to swim in. Could be a little cleaner maybe but, I'm not one to pick too much

General Manager needs reviewed and...

Liked: Nothing General Manager was rude and had no people skills. Seems she feels like a Holiday Inn manager is a position of power because that's how she comes off and how she speaks to you.
Disliked: General Manager would not let me check in. My son 18 and his partner 19 were not allowed to check in due to age. I guess you have to be 21, we were told at desk that they have military exceptions and when I presented military ID we were then told retired dont count. Seems they make up rules as they go. I drove to Watertown to check them in because I am 21 actually 55, the receptionist checked him in charged his card and then G.M.made an appearance and I guess did not like the fact that I was not going to stay in the room with them due to their age again they are adults ( And there is Not a policy stating this and could not provide one ) She told receptionist to cancel room. I ask for a receipt showing charge was reversed SHE AGAIN STATED WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A RECEIPT YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL BANK PROCESSES IT. Reservation and charge was 3/20 today is 3/25 and they yet to process it. I will be filing an internal complaint. I felt PROFILED by the GM as she talked down to me due to my look at the time.

A lot of things should...

Liked: Very clean
Disliked: My first room was great, second week they moved me to another room. A lot things were not working, toilet was running all night, the tab stopper not working, broken clock. The refrigerator not evenly cooling, my vegetable got frozen after 2 days and there is no regulator to decrease temperature

Disliked: Nothing

Very nice get away as...

Liked: Always love everything especially the pool, the breakfast and this time we had the spa run room. Stayed there two nights and it was a nice relaxing time
Disliked: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like
