Very enjoyable

Exceptional

Liked: This is our second stay at this hotel. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and efficient. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are large and comfortable. The fitness center is well equipped with many machines and disinfectant wipes. The restaurant right next door is convenient and servers are always friendly and efficient. The food selection is good as is the food. We will definitely come back to this hotel again

A little pricey for the...

Liked: Breakfast on our first morning was ok, Loved the egg bites. The room was big and allowed a lot of natural light inside. The hotel called us about thirty minutes after checking in to inquire as to the state of the room, we had not had a chance to inspect as we had just gotten our luggage into the room and unpacked. The pool was nice and warm.
Disliked: The pancake machine was down and there was no substitution. There were no potatoes and the bread had a funny taste I ended up throwing it out with half the bowl of oatmeal. The oatmeal was very watered down and not good at all despite anything I attempted to put in it. Fresh or frozen berries to add to it would have been nice. There was not very many vegetarian options. On the second morning the hotel replaced the egg bites with beans... not a fair exchange in my opinion seeing as their scrambled eggs were way over cooked and rubbery. The room did not have any extra pillows or blankets in the room and the table only had one chair so both parties could not sit at the table together to share meals. Our room was changed a week before our arrival and we were promised a tub, we did not get a tub. The pool was not stocked with towels as it appeared to have been meant to, we had to leave the pool area to request towels be restocked - the hotel requests that you "book a time slot" for the pool.
