Liked: They forgot to clean our room and when we told them about it , they did nothing.

Liked: I liked the selection of foods for breakfast.I liked the numerous towels supplied in the bathroom
Disliked: I totally disagree with the decision to have plastic cutlery and glasses and paper plates. I did not enjoy eating with the plastic utensils on cardboard plates. Apart from my personal preference, these materials are very bad for the environment.Please use stainless steel cutlery and china plates.

Disliked: I was there with my granddaughters and the pool was closed for maintenance from 3-5 on the Saturday of check in which pushed everyone who had checked in with kids to wait so everyone came back at 5 to enjoy the pool. The girls were hoping to enjoy a swim after breakfast on the Sunday and before we checked out but the pool was again down, this time for maintenance.We had come on a winter day during March Break to enjoy time at the hotel pool but the situation made it a little inconvenient!
