I called this hotel a few times prior to our stay, requesting earlier check in times and then later trying to combine reservations. They were always very friendly and willing to work with my requests. The hotel was quiet, very clean and not overpriced. We enjoyed our stay here.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone seeing a concert at the DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston. Very easy to get to - ten minute drive.

Liked: Comfy bed; clean and smell-free room; generous and helpful staff.
Disliked: No mini fridge; at breakfast the apples were dry. Sausage gravy tasted watery, no pancakes or waffles or bacon. :(

Disliked: What we didn't like overall was that half of the outlets in the room didn't work some of the lights kept flickering on and off without being touched the TV remote kept going out on us every time we would flush the toilet for about 2 ft on the left side of it would lift up the bathroom tile the bathtub was too small and when I confirmed my stay online it said that I would have to pay 741 at the property and when I got to the property I wound up paying $889 and the lady at the front desk told me that part of that was my deposit and I have not seen my deposit yet also the pool was cold for being an indoor pool my room key wouldn't work half of the time also had a false alarm fire alarm go off in the middle of the night and you would think for $889 you would get a refrigerator or a microwave instead I had to go out to the lobby every time I wanted to buy a drink or had to heat something up
